You may need to size up.

Very good customer service dealing with exchange. I have small hands and feet so ordered the smallest size. The socks are fine easy, on and off but the small gloves were far too small so I exchanged for a medium. Fine when they're on after a struggle and easy off but I think the sizing is misleading. The fingers are the correct length but the opening to insert your hand is small
and so I wouldn't describe them as easy on for me. I think large gloves would swamp my small hands and I'm hoping these gloves stretch a little with wear. For anyone else choosing a size for comparison I take small size in Lomo for perfect fit and medium or possibly even large in these yulex.

Size up as YULEX doesn’t have as much give or stretch as neoprene

I ordered a medium to begin with as the sizings on the website matched my measurements exactly. They arrived and I couldn’t even get them on my hands. I returned them and was sent a large size replacement but these are also tricky to get on and pull off. I’m hoping they will give a little when they’ve been used a few times. In fairness, it’s the first time I’ve purchased YULEX, so had no idea I needed to size up. I own other gloves from other makes and they are all either a small or a medium, so I’m wondering why I’m suddenly needing a large - I have very short fingers and small hands!

My issues with the sizing and stretch have put me off buying the body warmer as I’m bigger in the chest area. Lovely patterns and well made and very quick response when I returned the product with the exchange delivered quickly. Not convinced that YULEX is as good as neoprene, but trying to be more environmentally friendly by buying plant based products. My advice - size up!

Excellent customer service following an issue with a previous pair of socks and gloves. New ones are a lovely pattern and keep my hands and feet warm.

FAQ's

Are the socks comfortable?

We have specifically designed our socks for wild swimming in
the UK. We have used a 5mm neoprene on the sole of the sock for maximum comfort while entering & exiting the water from the beach or a lido. The rest of the sock uses a 3mm neoprene for maximum movement and comfort while swimming. We also have an elastic support to keep the socks in place & allow easy removal after your swim.   

What delivery options are avaliable?

UK: Standard shipping with Royal Mail tracked delivery
usually takes 2-3 business days on all orders. I go to the post
office once a week to send out the orders, but if you need them sooner then
send me a message and I will do a special trip.

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order then send me a message and I will
process a refund. If the product has already been dispatched we can then
arrange a return & refund.

I have a problem with my delivery, what should I do?

Send me a message explaining the issue and we will help find
a solution

What if I want to return my socks?

We're so sorry you didn't love your wild swimming products! We are able to accept returns or exchanges, providing the products have not been worn in the water and are within 30 days of purchase. Please send us a message with your order number and the products you'd like to return or exchange, and we'll take care of the rest.
