WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

UK: Standard shipping with Royal Mail/Evri tracked delivery usually takes 2-3 business days. We will send out deliveries same day as long as we receive them by lunch time. 

 

IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AVALIABLE? 

International shipping is available, however we do not cover the cost of customs. This must be paid for by the customer. 

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you want to cancel your order then send me a message ASAP we will try to cancel it before its sent out. If the product has already been dispatched we can then arrange a return & refund.

 

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY DELIVERY - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

HOW DO I RETURN MY WILD KIT? 

We're so sorry you didn't love your wild swimming products! We are able to accept returns for store credit or a refund. We have a 30-day return policy after receiving you order.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn in the water and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number as proof of purchase.
