Fantastic vest got lots of lovely compliments

The customer service was fantastic but not as good as the items which are gorgeous and do a fantastic job keeping me warm. Open water swimming is fantastic for both mental and physical wellbeing and this kit will be supporting me to do this all year round, now if you did a matching swim hat..... I'd definitely go for that. The only reason I haven't bought the matching float is I already have one!

Good design

Not worn it yet because the water is too warm, but it is a good fit and although there is quite a lot of Velcro, which I’ll need to get used to, the design seems just right. Good movement in the arms and not too long. Looking forward to trying it this winter.

Excellent friendly service

Purchased a few weeks ago but not yet tried out. Seems to be great quality and a very good fit. I also purchased gloves which I had to exchange for a bigger size. Service was very speedy

Neat but expensive

I love the garment it fits perfectly and gives extra body warmth. The fabric is not very flexible. I would prefer a softer fabric. I think it is overpriced.

Great top for those cold swims

Really good fabric, lovely patterns to choose from and well made. Great fit too. Just good for those winter swims especially when tide is out and the wind is blowing.

FAQ's

Are the socks comfortable?

We have specifically designed our socks for wild swimming in
the UK. We have used a 5mm neoprene on the sole of the sock for maximum comfort while entering & exiting the water from the beach or a lido. The rest of the sock uses a 3mm neoprene for maximum movement and comfort while swimming. We also have an elastic support to keep the socks in place & allow easy removal after your swim.   

What delivery options are avaliable?

UK: Standard shipping with Royal Mail tracked delivery
usually takes 2-3 business days on all orders. I go to the post
office once a week to send out the orders, but if you need them sooner then
send me a message and I will do a special trip.

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order then send me a message and I will
process a refund. If the product has already been dispatched we can then
arrange a return & refund.

I have a problem with my delivery, what should I do?

Send me a message explaining the issue and we will help find
a solution

What if I want to return my socks?

We're so sorry you didn't love your wild swimming products! We are able to accept returns or exchanges, providing the products have not been worn in the water and are within 30 days of purchase. Please send us a message with your order number and the products you'd like to return or exchange, and we'll take care of the rest.
